In His service since 1566.

This website is in its very early days, so stick with us as we complete some pages and links that might not work properly yet!

The Church in Newton Heath is more than just a building, although it is obviously the most visible symbol of Christian witness.   Buildings and clergy come and go.  People remain, and the parish church is a repository for the stories of those who have brushed with God's presence whether they realise it or not.

The present building was built by Act of Parliament, 1814, and consecrated in 1816, the previous one having collapsed in 1808.   We will be adding more pages to trace our history as well as to describe our present and our plans for the future.
